- EVA (Hiromi): Hiromi is my dance partner. She's a wonderful performer and teacher in her own right.
- Farasha: Farasha is skilled performer, instructor, and in-demand translator for workshops. She is currently based in Hachioji.
- Joe: Founder of Deseo Productions, Joe is a hardworking and talented, dancer, instructor, actress, and singer living in Tokyo.
- Elina : Elina, founder of the Tokyo Bellydance fashion show, is a powerful and tireless performer.
- Mishaal's Devadasi studio: I owe a great debt of gratitude to Mishaal for helping me find my dance voice. She's an inspirational dancer and teacher.
- Sali:Such a graceful dancer and one of the most beautiful smiles I have ever seen.
- Huleya : An energetic oriental style dancer who includes Lulu Sabongi and Dr. Gamal Seif as beloved teachers.
- Nourah : One of my favorite Turkish Roma-influenced Oriental dancers in Japan.
- Zizi : My favorite Modern Egyptian-styled dancer in Japan. Period.
- KIKI : Well versed in Oriental and Roma style.
- Miho : Turkish influenced Oriental and Roma performer and instructor.
- Izumi: A lovely dancer with Turkish oriental sensibilities.
- Kazumi : Ebulient.
- Maki : Maki increasingly teaches worldwide.
- Nicole : She puts on an amazing stage show. Emotional range, complex narratives, dancing boys and more!
International dancers who've lived in Japan...we miss you:
- Eshe: Founder of the Afet collective. Eshe has performed all over the world and currently lives, performs, and teaches in Korea.
- Henna: Co-founder of Deseos Productions, amazing dancer, and occasional dance partner. Henna currently lives, dances, and teaches in Portland, Oregon.
- Tania : Amazing zills! Turkish greatness! All! All!

- Sharkiroma : Original Roma Style Unit.
- Alladeen : Middle-Eastern music ensemble with some Balkan and Turkish influences.
- Tabla Kwaiesa : One of Japan's original (and insane) bands for Middle Eastern music.
- Alan Patton : Frontman for Kazura Mazurka and my favorite little band to perform in tiny spaces with.
